If the coaching cannot take place due to the applicable measures within the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic, you can reschedule it for a later date or you will receive a full refund from us.
If, after your introduction to kitesurfing and completing a beginner course or kite camp, you want to continue practicing with a secure feeling, we recommend coaching. A kite instructor will supervise you in a small group (2-4 participants*) and start with a joint spot and safety check. He will be by your side when you need support with setting up the equipment, launching, and landing. We will also equip you with the latest season’s surf material from the brand Slingshot. This way, you are perfectly equipped and flexible for all wind strengths. Once you are riding your courses on the water, we will have a close eye on you and be there for you if you need help (motorboat rescue option) or just want to get a few more pro tips. A relaxed kite session is thus pre-programmed!
By the way: If you really take off during coaching and increase your kite level, your kite instructor will give you a level upgrade on your kitesurfing license.
* If there are fewer participants, a kite instructor will supervise you parallel to the kitesurfing course, and you will receive the same service and our full support.
For this, we offer our wind guarantee: Unused hours on the water can be made up at a new appointment or credited towards your next kite course. This way, we promote fast and safe learning, and you can make the most of your time on the water.
We recommend that you take advantage of coaching until you really feel safe. Do you have specific goals and would you like to reach the next levels with intensive training? Then take advantage of the private kitesurfing lesson and start 1-on-1 training with your personal kite instructor!
The training equipment from our material pool is covered by the kitesurfing school. We accept material damage caused by us during training as a gesture of goodwill. If surfing equipment and equipment is lost, the course participant is liable. We recommend that you also cover kitesurfing with your liability insurance in the future. The VDWS recommends the so-called SafetyTool (39€/year) including comprehensive protection for rental equipment worldwide, as well as liability and accident protection.
You are already fully equipped and want to become confident with your own kite material*? Then we will reduce the coaching costs to €40 (for 2 hours). If you are still missing equipment or do not have the right kite size in your luggage, you can access our large material pool and rent the kite from us. * includes neoprene equipment, harness, kite, bar, and board
